The Organizing Committe has decided to give the opportunity to 20 young doctors to participate at the Symposium with Free Reristration Fee.

* Proof of status is required (A proof of status is an official letter written in English by the Head of the University on official University letterhead).

Participants Registration Fee includes:

  • Admittance to Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception

  • Symposium documentation and abstract book
  • Certificate of Attendance
  • Coffee – refreshments during official Symposium breaks

Terms of payment for registration fees

All payment should be made in Euros without charges for the beneficiary. A confirmation and invoice confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments must be paid on-site.

Confirmation of Participation

When the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter, which should be presented at the Registration Desk at the Meeting.

Certificate of Attendance

Registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

Based on the latest circular of the National Drug Organization the Event is required to use an attendance tracking system. All registered participants will receive name badges, which they are kindly requested to wear at all times. Each badge will have a barcode for monitoring the hours of attendance. By the end of the event a certificate will be given to those who have attended at least 60% of the total hours of the scientific Program.

The number of credits of Continuing Medical Education (CME-CPD) to be administered to the participants will be calculated on the basis of monitoring time.

Cancellation Policy

For every written cancellation received before October 20, 2018 the full amount received. Between October 20 and November 10, 2018, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After November 10, 2018 no refund applies. All refunds will be made within three months after the end of the meeting. Bank charges will be deducted.

Badges and Identification

Registration badges will be used during the meeting. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges, which will be given to them upon registration, at all times. Admission to the meeting areas will not be allowed without badge identification.
